The Witcher

The Base Cocktail can be mixed with the different shots to create famous Witchers

Base Cocktail

  • 2 cl White Wine (Chardonnay)
  • cl Apple Cider (Strong Bow)
  • 6 cl Żołądkowa Gorzka

 

Directions:

Pour into an Rocks Glass and Stir.

So this is the Base Drink. It can be altered in different ways, by adding different “Witcher Schools”

From Left to Right: Wolf, Viper, Bear, Griffin & Cat

School of the Cat

  • 1 cl lemongrass liqueur
  • cl Jinzo Gin
  • 1 dash Dash Choya

Directions:

Pour into a shot glass

Garnish:

Notes:

This can now either be drunk as a shot or pour it into the “Witcher” base drink to create: Brehen From the school of cats

 

School of the Griffin

  • 1 cl Fernet Branca
  • cl Limoncello
  • 1 cl Amaretto

Directions:

Pour into a shot glass

Garnish:

Notes:

This can now either be drunk as a shot or pour it into the “Witcher” base drink to create: George the Dragon Slayer

 

School of the Bear

  • 1 cl Frangelico
  • cl Monin Chestnut
  • 1 cl Bitter (Hobgoblin)Beer

Directions:

Pour into a shot glass

Garnish:

Notes:

This can now either be drunk as a shot or pour it into the “Witcher” base drink to create: Gerd of the school of Bear

 

School of the Viper

  • 1 cl Absinthe
  • cl Jägermeister
  • 1 dash Creole Bitter

Pour into a shot glass

Garnish:

This can now either be drunk as a shot or pour it into the “Witcher” base drink to create: Letho of Gulet

 

School of the Wolf

  • 1 cl Limoncello
  • cl Żubrówka
  • ½ cl del maguey vida mezcal
